Your supplier provides the quote, confirms availability, takes payment and sets the terms for its service. Any commission arrangements should be made clear when options are discussed.

Review each supplier’s inclusions, payment instructions, cancellation conditions and contact details. Get confirmation directly from the supplier before making travel commitments.
Can I enquire before I know my dates?
Yes. Tell us your rough travel window and how flexible you are.
Who receives my payment?
The supplier responsible for the accommodation or experience. Namibia Insider does not collect supplier booking payments under this launch model.
Is this a package booking?
The launch service helps with planning and supplier introductions. Your individual arrangements are confirmed directly with the relevant suppliers.
